Mirror Work

This is my God given gift.

It’ hard to explain how this works and what you will experience by doing this type of Shadow Work together with me.

Everyone has their own fears. Their own challenges in life. That’s why the experience is different for every person.

How does it work?
I get into a meditative state and connect with something other than me. An intelligence much bigger than anything that I know of. I channel information through my being to my guest.

What kind of information that is being channeled is often Universal. Information about how to navigate reality by focusing on things that will lead you to a more positive life experience. To let go of things that doesn’t bring joy and positivity. It can be small things that is easy to understand. Or very complex information that can be hard to understand during the session. That is why we take notes and reflect after a session. Sometimes it takes days to process.

This is truly intense. If you do not belive in magic. You will.

For me this work has helped me in many aspects of my life to be more present and live in the moment.

Face to face with your unconscious mind.
You’re shadow.

Meeting the shadow to reclaim your power.

Mirror Work is a practice that reveals what lives in the shadow beneath the conscious mind
— shaping your daily life without you fully realizing it. The unconscious mind is what causes
you to react to outer circumstances and everyday situations automatically.

The mirror does not lie.
It reflects the beliefs you hold, the programming formed since birth, emotional imprints,
and energetic patterns that shape your reality — often without conscious awareness.

Through this practice, you gain access to the hidden architecture of the self.

What you meet in the mirror is not just who you are — it is the part of you that has been neglected. The shame, guilt, and beliefs that you are not enough. The part of you that wants
to keep you safe is often the same part that holds you back from becoming someone new.

Meeting yourself, the wounded inner child can be deeply emotional. Yet within this encounter, there is also freedom — and a profound sense of relief that opens the door to self-love.

By seeing and communicating with the shadow, you are able to integrate it instead of pushing it away. You allow it to be seen, acknowledged, and to walk hand in hand with you on your path through life.

The shadow is not something to fear.
It holds suppressed emotions, forgotten desires, inherited beliefs, and unrealized power. When ignored, it shapes your life unconsciously. When seen and accepted, it becomes available for transformation — a powerful source of growth and inspiration.

This deep Mirror Work brings the shadow into awareness, where it can be felt, integrated,
and where your reality can begin to be rewritten.
