THIS IS NOT A RETREAT.

This is something far more personal.

I do not offer traditional retreats with rigid schedules, or highly structured days.

This experience is designed to feel human, grounded, and deeply personal.

We travel to Amsterdam and spend real time together, creating space
for connection, trust and meaningful conversation.

Through shared time, conversation, and presence, I get to understand you beyond the surface — your patterns, your life, what you carry,
and what you may be ready to explore.

Nothing is forced.

There is structure where it matters, and freedom where it serves you best.

Some moments are spent in deep conversation. Some in silence.

Some walking or cycling through the city, enjoying good food, visiting parks, galleries, or museums, or simply being.
In Amsterdam, we may move through places like Vondelpark, walking along the canals, the Jordaan district, or quiet cafés hidden
away from the busy streets.

I thoughtfully curate each experience based on who you are.
Balancing structure, presence, and freedom throughout the journey.

The experience adapts to you.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF JOURNEY.

We are used to planning travel through images, expectations, and imagination.

A place like Thailand, the Maldives, or any other beautiful destination can be visualized long before we arrive there. We create an idea of how it will feel, and we measure the experience against that expectation.

This journey is different.

What happens in an experience like this cannot fully be imagined in advance.

People arrive with curiosity, sometimes even clear intentions — but leave with something they could not have planned or predicted.

It is not just about the psychedelic experience itself, but what it reveals within you.

For some, it becomes a moment of deep clarity.
For others, a shift in how they see themselves and their life.
For many, it creates a lasting sense of inner strength, presence, and self-acceptance that stays with them long after the experience.

THIS IS NOT THERAPY.

I am not here to diagnose, analyze,
or fix you. I do not see you as broken.

In most cases, people already carry the answers they seek within themselves.
Stress, trauma, conditioning, fear, and the noise of modern life can
make those answers difficult to access.

My role is to help create the right
conditions for clarity.

I listen deeply.
I observe.
I ask questions.
I offer perspective.

Through presence and honest conversation.
I help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have
been buried under years of people pleasing, adaptation and survival.

The work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about becoming more fully yourself.

THIS IS NOT AN ESCAPE.

It’s not about chasing extraordinary experiences just for the sake of intensity.

A psychedelic experience can be beautiful, expansive, mystical,
and deeply meaningful. It can also be challenging.

Unprocessed emotions, old pain, and unconscious patterns may rise
to the surface. That is why preparation, guidance, and integration matter.

Before the experience, we prepare through practices such as meditation, breathwork, and simple physical and mental guidelines.

During the experience, I hold space and guide you through whatever arises. Afterward, we integrate.

Because real transformation does not happen only during the experience itself.
It happens when insights become embodied in daily life.

FOR HEALING, INSIGHT AND
SOMETHING BEYOND WORDS.

Psychedelics can support healing,
emotional clarity, and profound
personal insight.

They may also help struggles such as anxiety, depression and addiction.

But you do not need to be suffering to feel drawn to this path.

Whether you are seeking healing, deep self-understanding, or simply feel curious to explore the extraordinary dimensions beyond ordinary reality, you are welcome.

The Experience

I guide you through your psychedelic experience in a safe and supportive setting.

Before the experience, we prepare both mind and body.

Through conversation, meditation, breathwork, and grounding practices, I help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and create the inner safety needed to truly let go.

This preparation is an important part of the journey. The deeper the trust and surrender, the deeper the experience can become.

My approach is modern, intuitive, and deeply personalized — adapted to who you are and what you need.

The intention is to help you feel safe enough to stop resisting and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

Music is one of the most powerful tools I use during the journey.

I carefully curate playlists that support the emotional depth of the experience, helping you soften,
open up, and surrender deeper into the process.

Music has a unique ability to reach places beyond the thinking mind.
It can unlock emotions, memories, and inner states that may otherwise remain hidden.

The playlists become part of your journey.

Afterward, I share them with you as tools for everyday life — allowing you to reconnect
with the state of presence, clarity, and inner connection you experienced.

Even months or years later, a single song can bring you back to that moment.

INVESTMENT

This is a highly personal and guided experience designed around you.

1 on 1
As couples
As friends
Or smaller groups 2-4 people.

The investment reflects not only the time spent in Amsterdam, but the depth of preparation, presence, and support before, during, and after the journey.

You are not booking a standard session or retreat.
You are entering a carefully held process that includes personal guidance, preparation, in-person support during a psychedelic experience, and integration afterward to help you bring insights into real life.

Each experience is individually designed.

Typical range:

25 000 – 60 000 SEK per person

A fully private 1:1 journey requires a higher level of presence, attention, and responsibility.

Small-group experiences allow for a more accessible investment while still maintaining depth and safety.

The final investment depends on format, duration, accommodation, and level of personal support.

Before any booking is confirmed, we have a conversation to ensure alignment, safety, and the right structure for your needs.
This is important because we all carry different life experiences, patterns, fears, strengths, and intentions. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Some people need more grounding and preparation. Others feel ready to go deeper right away. I meet people where they are and adapt the process accordingly. This allows the experience to feel personal, safe, and deeply supportive.

The goal is always the same: a safe, grounded, and meaningful experience with real potential for lasting change.

What are psychedelics?

Psychedelics can be difficult to describe if you’ve never experienced them before.

Imagine you have lived your entire life in a single apartment.

You know exactly where everything is.
Where the coffee is.
Where your clothes are.
You know every corner of that apartment.

It feels familiar. Safe. Predictable.

That apartment is a bit like the reality you have built through your thoughts, beliefs, memories, and life experiences.

Then one day, during a psychedelic experience, you notice something you had never seen before.

A hidden door. You open it.

Behind that door is a staircase leading to other floors, more rooms, and entirely new spaces you never knew existed.

Suddenly, you realize something profound:

The apartment you thought was your whole world was only a small part of something much larger.

A psychedelic experience can feel like that. Not necessarily as an escape from reality, but as an expansion of perspective.

You may begin to see yourself, your patterns, and your life in ways that were previously hidden from view.

Where do we start?

Step 1: Reach out

If you feel drawn to this kind of deep inner experience, reach out.

Step 2: Screening & preparation

There is a screening process involved. We first connect to see if we are a good match
and to make sure this experience is safe and appropriate for you.

This is not a test.
It’s simply about ensuring that you are in a place in life where this journey
can be supportive, meaningful, and beneficial.

Step 3: The journey

We travel to Amsterdam, where the session takes place legally in a safe setting.

Before the experience, I teach you how to navigate your mind, body, and emotions through the practices of meditation and breathwork. So you can fully surrender to the process.

My role is to hold space for you, make you feel safe and guide you throughout the journey.

Step 4: Reflection

Sharing is always optional, but reflection is highly valuable.

Talking, journaling, and contemplating what came up during the experience
can help you better understand and integrate what you experienced.

Everything we share is, of course confidential.

Step 5: Integration

Integration is where real transformation happens.
The insights you gain during the experience only create lasting change
when they are applied in everyday life.

This is where awareness becomes action.

Step 6: Continued support

4 weeks of mentorship after the experience is included.

If you feel called to continue working together after the experience,
I offer ongoing support through mentorship.

This may include spiritual guidence, mindset and energy work.
Guided meditation, breathwork — all without the use of substances.

These tools can help you reconnect with yourself in everyday life
and create lasting inner change.

Become more free, aware, and deeply connected to who you truly are.
Trust the process of life.

My personal experience.

Working with psychedelics allowed me to see myself and my life with a level of honesty I hadn’t accessed before.

I began to recognize where I was out of alignment with myself. Much of my identity was shaped by external values of others.
Old programming and beliefs that sometimes comes from generations way back.

It can also show us something that is hard to describe: A sense of connection with everything, the Universe.
Not as a story from any scripture or belief, but as a direct personal experience.

It’s no doubt the most transformative experience I ever had. And I am forever grateful.

Time and speed.

The big difference of psychedelic’s and other mindful practices is time and speed.

It’s like getting into a high-performance sports car and flooring the gas pedal. Compared to riding a bike
by  your own power along the same road.

Some spiritual people would say it’s cheating in a way. But our modern way of living, stress and endless
distractions of life makes it difficult to get to that place of openness and clarity.

It would require a lot of time and focused spiritual practice.

What changed in me?

A deepened sense of inner calm, presence and clarity.

I handle stress and anxiety much more effectively.

A  significant increase in creativity.

More energy and motivation to do things.

Greater gratitude for small things in everyday life.

Less reactive towards negative challanges.

Curiosity and acceptance toward life-events.

It allowing me to live more freely and with greater joy.

A realization that life is not as serious as I once believed.

A more honest and authentic way of living.

Other people’s negative opinions no longer affect me the same way.

Negative thoughts I once fixated on tend to pass more quickly.

An increased ability to shift negative thoughts into constructive ones.

Making conscious choices that align with who I want to become,
while distractions that pull me away from that path are clearer and easier to avoid.

Meditation and breathwork have become part of my life.
Easier to get deep since my psychedelic experiences.

Health, exercise, and intentional movement have become a natural parts of my life.

A stronger sense of connection. Compassion and a deep desire to support others.
An opening to the spiritual dimension of myself that I was previously totally disconnected from.

I no longer feel the need to use alcohol to relax or to enjoy my life.

A deeper understanding of the energy that exists within all things.
A clearer understanding of the light and shadow aspects of my personality.

Thankful for what I have, not focusing as much on what I don’t have.

Life has become a fascinating journey and Im very curious
to see where life takes me, what’s next?

Thankful for being alive and finding my purpose, to help you find yours!

Much love!
