We all have different needs and are more comfortable being in a group or by ourselves. Most important is that we are in an environment where we can relax and feel safe.
That’s why I shape the experience for your needs. The way that suits you best, in a group or as a single person or as couples.

A psychedelic experience can be done in many different ways. In a calm environment on the beautiful country side closely connected to nature.
Or in a comfortable place in the city of Amsterdam. It all depends on you and what calls to you the most.

I arrange different locations for the retreats depending on person or the size of the group.

The psychedelic experience itself is not necessarily depended on, or to be performed in a specific place.
What matters is that you can relax, feel safe and know that you are taken care of during the experience so you can let go.

The city of Amsterdam is a beautiful place to stay. After your psychedelic experience and meditation and breathwork practices it’s nice to be able to enjoy the city of Amsterdam and all that it has to offer.

One night of a psychedelic session Includes
Preparation before the experience and screening. Online or in real life approximately 1h.
Guiding and support during the psychedelic experience in the Netherlands.

Breakfast with a moment of reflecting and sharing together.

Group retreats. 5 - 10 people
4 days and 3 nights retreat.

We spend our time together on the country side. A selection of people that come together for similar reasons.
A place to relax, reflect and be together close to nature.


Day 1
- Meet the group - getting to know each other.
Meditation, breathwork.
1 night with truffles, normal dose, chosen with care for each individual for their first journey.

Day 2 - A day of rest, reflection and relaxation.
Meditation and breathwork in the morning.
Journaling about insights and your expansion.
Sharing together in the group.
Sauna, nature walks,

Day 3 - Deep dive
Meditation, breathwork in the morning.
Second night with truffles, normal dose or higher dose. Depending on if you feel you did not break trough the first night.

Day 4
Meditation, breathwork in the morning.
Journaling of insights.
Breakfast, sharing together.

Back to reality - Recharged with new positive energy and insights from our experience. Ready to make changes and experience life in a new way. A fresh start.
